Relax on the open water when you head out along a Tall Ships Pensacola Sail Away Tour. This festival is a celebration that you don’t want to miss.

Tall Ships America

Tall Ships America is a nonprofit organization that is focused on educating the youth, developing leaders, and preserving North America’s maritime heritage. This organization has done a lot to give back. It organized the Tall Ships Challenge Series, as well as scholarship programs that help make sail training an affordable experience for the youth. Additionally, Tall Ships America offers grant programs that assist with the cost of professional development training and licensing requirements for the crew of its member vessels. Plus, this nonprofit takes things a step further by publishing SAIL TALL SHIPS. There’s almost nothing that Tall Ships America doesn’t do!

Pensacola Sail Away Tours

The Pensacola Sail Away Tours recreate what a historic voyage on the Tall Ship Elissa would be like. It’s a four-day festival that showcases four international and domestic Tall Ship vessels: Picton Castle, the Elissa, the Oosterschelde, and Oliver Hazard Perry. Additionally, there will be two other sail away vessels participating in the Pensacola Sail Away Tour: When and If, and the Lynx (both vessels by General G. Patton).
