Sticking to the standard Pacifica engine gives you a 287-horsepower, 262-pound-foot, 3.6-liter V6 engine with front-wheel drive and a 9-speed automatic. This engine gets an average fuel economy of 22 mpg combined*.
The Pacifica is the only minivan in its class to offer a hybrid powertrain, making it perfect for Alabama families who like to save money on gas. The system combines a unique version of the standard V6 with a 16 kWh battery pack and a hybrid motor plus generator. It works with a CVT and delivers 260 horsepower. You can drive the Pacifica Hybrid 30 miles* with just electric power. When all is said and done, it gets 80 MPGe, according to Chrysler.
Chrysler Pacifica Versatility
As expected from a Chrysler, the Pacifica has the innovative Stow ‘n Go seats that make life incredibly easy for anyone who frequently or even occasionally needs to switch from cargo space to passenger space. You can fold the second-row seats individually and put them in their under-floor compartments. The third row splits 60/40 and folds. You can also opt for a center seat in the second row to boost the Pacifica’s capacity from seven to eight passengers. No matter how you arrange the seats, the Pacifica has plenty of cargo room with 32.3 cubes behind the third row. This increases to 87.5 behind the second row or 140.5 with both rear rows folded.
For added comfort and convenience, every Pacifica has 3-zone climate control, 8-way power adjustment for the driver, an electronic parking brake, and keyless entry plus ignition.
